I was watching this cutie at the beach today (his dad was paddling with my hubby)

kid: where do you guys live?

me: faaaaaar faaaaaar away. What about you?

kid: I live in two houses.

me: that’s cool. Are they far? Or close?

kid: I dunno.

me: oh. Well is it hot? Or cold?

kid: neither. Cuz actually, I live underwater.

me: nice.

kid: yeah. Pretty much I live in a submarine.
